Level 2, 3 & 4 Awards in Food Safety & Haccp Training Courses

All our training is offered on an 'in-house' or 'on-site' basis, i.e. we come to you, to train a number of people (usually between 6 and 16 people per group).

In house food safety & haccp training can be more cost-effective than sending people on 'public' or 'open' courses and gives you far greater value for money as we prepare each course to make it relevant to your company. (e.g. for haccp courses, practical exercises are based on your own process.


All haccp & food safety training courses are conducted in English - a verbal and written understanding of English is essential. Presentations are very pictorial to assist delegates whose first language may not be English. We have also worked through interpreters.

All level 2, 3 & 4 Food Safety & Haccp training courses are certificated by the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) or Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC)

Our Haccp & food safety courses incorporate a variety of teaching methods including formal presentations, tutor led discussions, DVD's, individual & group exercises, quizzes and card games. Delegates are provided with handouts and a course-book. To ensure an effective learning environment, course numbers are limited to 16 per course. All courses are delivered on the customers premises.
